APS - is the foundation of our operating strategy and the method used to produce maximum profitability. It is a manufacturing philosophy based on flexibility, teamwork, and the ongoing process of improving our competitiveness through the ideas and efforts of our people. The manufacturing processes are designed in such a way to afford us minimum changeover times to meet our customers' needs while yielding a high quality precision product. The plant will be scheduled through a "Kanban" card system, which rapidly communicates the needs of our customers to all areas of the plant. Through the use of APS we will be able to produce high quality products in small quantities with the same economies associated with high volume manufacturing.
